Maximize your results. ✅Hydrate: Drink plenty of water for 24-48 hours to flush toxins and support circulation. ✅Rest: Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. ✅Allow your body time to recover. Warm Bath/Shower: Helps relax muscles and reduce soreness. Epsom salts are great after deep tissue. ✅Eat Clean: Choose light, healthy meals. Avoid alcohol, heavy, or processed foods. ✅Normal Reactions: Mild soreness, fatigue, or increased relaxation may occur. ✨For Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy Clients Only: ✅Gentle movement (like walking) is encouraged. ✅Increased urination is normal - your body is detoxing.
