I discovered Mill Beauty completely by chance while staying at the wonderful nearby Manor House Hotel with my husband for a romantic break. The hotel didn’t offer any beauty treatments so I did a quick search and was incredibly lucky to come across Lucy. I’ve visited beauticians all over the world and I can honestly say Lucy is the best I’ve ever found. The location itself is absolutely magical — like something out of a fairytale — and the studio is just as beautiful, calm and welcoming. Lucy is quite simply everything you hope for but so rarely find — like a unicorn! She is warm, cheerful, genuinely kind and has that rare gift of putting you completely at ease within moments. Alongside that, she is exceptionally talented; every treatment I had (and I had a lot!) was flawless and carried out with such care and expertise. I feel so fortunate to have found Lucy and will most definitely be returning. I couldn’t recommend Mill Beauty more highly, thank you so much Lucy!

I honestly can’t recommend Lucy highly enough. From the moment you arrive, her beautiful salon—set in the most stunning countryside valley—feels like stepping into a high-end spa. I had the most incredible facial, with the most amazing massage incorporated throughout. So relaxing, and my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. Lucy is an expert at what she does— attention to detail in every part of the treatment. I also had a gel manicure, which was just perfect. Lucy is the ultimate professional—warm, welcoming, and exceptionally talented at what she does. A special experience from start to finish. Thanks so much gorgeous Lucy!

The most amazing facial, I have very sensitive skin so always slightly nervous when trying something new. I needn't have worried, Lucy was absolutely brilliant and the products were gorgeous, my skin was glowing afterwards. I have been seeing Lucy for my treatments for nearly 20 years and feel so lucky our paths crossed. Not only is Lucy one of the most warm and welcoming human beings I know, she is so talented and naturally gifted as a beautician. Her studio sits in a beautiful location and atmosphere relaxing. Every treatment I have experienced; pedicures, manicures, massage, facials are a 10/10. Lucy goes beyond the average; she will give the most incredible complimentary back, shoulder, arm and foot massage whilst having a facial. I receive regular massages, manicures and pedicures with Lucy and I can genuinely say that the massages are the best I have ever had plus the manicures and pedicures are carried out with perfection and last so well. I would highly recommend Lucy and her beauty services.
