By booking an appointment or receiving treatments at Lumé, you agree to the following:
Appointments & Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to treatment.
- Special offers must be used as stated; no cash alternatives.
Minors
- Clients under 18 require parental/guardian consent for some treatments.

- Lumé is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
- Treatments are provided at your own risk, following strict hygiene standards.
