Treatments must be paid before leaving the clinic

Proof of age may be required for some treatments, please don’t be offended, we do this to keep you and us safe.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time and have a seat in the waiting area, late arrivals will result in your treatment time being shorter

All clients must complete a consultation form on every visit

Complaints must be in writing to lumierehealthandbeauty@gmail.com

Gift vouchers and savings cannot be withdrawn in cash and must be redeemed against products and services within Lumiere

Full treatment price will be due on cancellations within 24 hours 50% of the treatment price will be due on cancellations within 48 hours

£10 booking fee payable on booking, this will be deducted from the overall treatment price, this is non refundable and non transferable to other treatments if less than 48 hours notice is given

Clients paying with gift vouchers, cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will void the gift voucher, and this will no longer be valid to use on any future treatments.
