By booking an appointment with Lumi Sculpt Suffolk, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee or a cancellation charge. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so the next client’s appointment is not affected.

• Consultation: All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery or changes to your health before treatment.

• Treatment Suitability: We may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe for you. Some treatments may require medical or surgical clearance.

• Post-Op Treatments: Lumi Recovery clients may be asked for clearance from their surgeon or healthcare professional where appropriate.

• Results: Everyone responds differently to treatment and individual results cannot be guaranteed.

• Packages: Treatment packages are for the named client and must be used within the stated validity period.

• Memberships: Membership payments are collected monthly. Appointments remain subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Any minimum membership period and cancellation notice will be clearly stated when joining.

• Photos: Before-and-after photographs will only be used for marketing or social media with your permission.

• Respect: Abusive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and treatment may be refused.

• Your Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to Lumi Sculpt Suffolk’s booking and cancellation terms.
