Deposits
All bookings require a £15 deposit, this must be paid within 24 hours to secure your appointment. Deposits are transferrable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit
Rescheduling
I understand things come up and you may need to reschedule this is absolutely fine. However, we cannot reschedule or transfer your deposit to an appointment any more than 4 weeks into the future
Lateness
If you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment in some cases this may be taken off your treatment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled
No shows and cancellations
Missed appointments without notice will result in loss of your deposit and may require full payment to secure future bookings
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
