My first appointment with LuNails and first time getting biab. I felt welcomed and informed on the process and what to expect with it being my first time. I would highly recommend for quality of the biab and super friendly and warm service. I have already booked a follow up appointment.

Such a lovely lady, warm personable and just radiates positivity. My nails exceeded my expectations due to my inspo pic being on much longer nails than I currently have. I really enjoyed having my nails done today. The lady was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. She treated my nails with passion and kindness which is lovely to see. The art that she did was brilliant. They are smooth and nicely shaped. I had to cut them short to match two broken nails but with the new Jenny, I am on with my nails. They should grow out to be lovely and long.
