Lush Lane Beauty operates from a private home studio to provide a calm, safe, and premium experience:
Booking Fee (Weddings, Group & Full-Day Bookings Only)
A non-refundable booking fee is required for weddings, prom, group bookings, or full-day reservations to secure your date and cover loss of business if cancelled.
This fee will be refunded only if Lush Lane Beauty cancels or is unable to provide the service, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Health, Allergy & Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or reactions prior to their appointment. This ensures safe service delivery.
Lush Lane Beauty cannot be responsible for reactions where allergies or conditions were not disclosed, to the extent permitted by law.
Patch testing is recommended if you have a history of sensitivities.

After-Hours & Weekend Appointments
Standard hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
Limited after-hours or Saturday morning appointments may be available by arrangement. These appointments incur an additional fee to cover extended studio access and childcare arrangements, ensuring the same high standard of service.
Photography & Marketing Consent
By booking, you consent to Lush Lane Beauty capturing photos and/or videos of your nails or treatments for marketing, portfolio, educational, social media, or website purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without your consent.
Right to Refuse Service
Lush Lane Beauty reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule a service where:
