Terms and conditions

All appointments must be booked online through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is successfully booked. Please ensure all personal details entered are correct when booking.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Remaining balances must be paid on the day.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. So if you are going to be late please make me aware so if need I can reschedule appointments or move others forward. Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

Patch tests are required for certain treatments at-least 24hours prior to appointment – failure to book a patch test may result in appointment cancellation.

Photos/videos may be taken before and after treatment for social media and portfolio purposes. Please let me know if you do not wish to be featured online.
