*PLEASE READ* TERMS & CONDITIONS Upon booking an appointment with Luxe Beauty by Nida you agree to the following terms- - You will arrive to your appointment on time, and you will fill your consultation forms in prior to arriving to the salon (these are emailed to you 72 hours before your appointment) - If you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes late (or more) you will not be able to have your treatment done that day and we will have to reschedule your appointment. The full cost of treatment must be paid in this circumstance. - If you are unable to make your appointment you will call and cancel in due time (at least 72 hours notice) or cancel your booking via social media. - Booking fee are non-refundable or transferable. A 50% of the treatment cost is required for all bookings. - Cancellation for appointment where a booking fee hasn't been paid require a 48 hour notice; charges will apply if this is not followed. Less than 48 hours notice - 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your card Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to your card. - If you do not turn up for your appointment, without giving prior notice: the full amount of the treatment cost will automatically be charged to your card on file. Further appointments will require 100% of the treatment cost to be paid upon booking. - Reminder texts and emails are sent 3 days prior to your appointment, please read them. They state the date and time of your appointment, this is to avoid any confusion of appointment times and dates. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details. - Please do not reply to reminder texts as is an automated system and may charge you - anything you need to contact me about please call on 07495553466 or contact us on social media. - All aftercare for treatments will be given during your visit, if this aftercare is not followed it voids your right to a free repair/redo of the treatment. - Due to the current situation, please do not bring anyone else to your appointment with you. They will not be allowed to wait inside (UNLESS, you're a minor and you need to bring a parent/guardian) - I will book a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your treatment for appointments that require it ( Lash or Brow treatments), failing to do so can result in the loss of your deposit payment/late cancellation charges being enforced. - Must be re-patch tested 14 days after your COVID vaccine. Please ensure you read and understand the terms before ticking the box and booking your appointment.
