Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking if you are giving at least 48 hours notice of the change. Deposits will not be transferred to a reschduled appointment once the 48 hours before your appointment has expired and your deposit will be lost. The same policy applies to not showing up for your appointment, your deposit will be lost .
When a client pays by card, they'll be charged an additional fee to cover Stripe's payment processing fees of 1.6% + 30p. For example, if they pay £10.00 payment, they'll see an extra £0.4/ added.
