Terms and Conditions

All new clients will need to pay a £10 deposit to secure their booking. This will be deducted from the final amount. If you cancel an appointment I will then need a deposit paid for your next appointment with me. If you have paid for your deposit and cancel before 48 hours and reschedule your deposit will move to that appointment. This can only be done once per deposit. If you cancel within 48hours or are a no show. I will need full upfront payment when your next appointment is booked.

As a mum, I know it can be hard to arrange cover. So if you need to bring your child with you I just ask you let me know before hand so I can remove chemicals or anything that could harm them before you arrive. Also I have 2 children so if toys are needed you can always ask.
