By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Deposits •A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. •Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. •The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling: •Please give at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. •Late cancellations or missed appointments may result a fee of £10. •Repeated late cancellations may prevent future bookings.


Late Arrivals: •Please arrive on time. •If you are more than 10–15 minutes late without informing me, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.


Patch Tests: Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours before any tinting, lamination, or lash treatments. If you do not attend your patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit lost.


Client Responsibility: •Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. •It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare advice provided to ensure the best results. •Results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth, and lifestyle.


Refunds & Complaints: •No refunds are given for completed treatments. •If you experience an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so I can resolve it.
