Salon No.22 Terms and Conditions 1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Booking: Appointments can be made through Solo. A deposit may be required for certain services or packages. Cancellation: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full price of the treatment will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. 2. Payment Payment Methods: We accept cash, and bank transfer. Payment at Time of Service: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. 3. Products and Services Product Purchases: All service sales are final. Refunds will not be offered. Service Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest quality services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. 4. Health and Safety Client Health: It is important to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment. Salon Hygiene: We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at Salon No.22. All tools and equipment are sterilised and sanitised according to industry regulations. 5. Liability Disclaimer: While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee results or be held liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from treatments. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your negligence or failure to follow instructions. 6. Data Privacy Data Protection: We collect and process your personal information in accordance with data protection regulations. Your information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. Salon Etiquette At Salon No.22 we believe that our clients have the right to be heard, understood and respected. We also believe that our staff have the right to work in a safe environment, free from any abuse or harm caused by others. We expect all clients to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes any language (verbal or written), threats, derogatory remarks or rudeness which may cause staff to feel afraid, threatened or abused. We also consider inflammatory statements, remarks of a discriminatory nature and unsubstantiated allegations to be abusive behaviour. Where a client is aggressive or abusive we reserve the right to refuse to continue with the service and/or refuse to provide treatment to the client in the future. We reserve the right to report any aggressive or abusive behaviour to the police if deemed necessary. 8. Age Restrictions At Salon No.22, the minimum age to receive a service is 13 years old. Clients between 13 and 16 must have parents permission to use services offered at the Salon.
