General advice

Drink plenty of water (herbal teas like ginger/dandelion are great too). Keep moving gently (walk, stretch) – avoid heavy exercise for 24hrs.  Deep belly breathing supports lymph flow.  Avoid alcohol & caffeine (they dehydrate and undo the benefits). Eat clean: whole foods, lean protein, fibre & fresh fruit & veg.  Avoid processed foods & Refined sugar to reduce fluid retention.
