Terms and Conditions


Terms of Service

I run a small, solo beauty business and try my best to accommodate to everyone’s needs, lifestyle and schedule. However, there are some terms & conditions in place to protect my clients, my income and my business 🤍


Booking Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is needed to secure your first appointment at Madison Lash, which will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day. If you cancel, the booking fee is lost. To avoid losing your booking fee, please be sure about your booking. You can amend your bookings up to 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.


Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel with 24 hours or less notice you will be charged in full for the appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable, but giving notice means you won’t be charged for the full missed appointment.


Late Policy

If you’re running late, please contact me. If you’re less than 15 minutes late, we’ll still continue with your appointment and lash as much as we can in the time slot we have. If you’re over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and you’ll still be charged for the missed appointment. I understand things happen, but missed appointments are detrimental to my small business.


Infill Policy

For infill appointments you need to have at least half your lashes remaining, anything less than half will be charged at the rate of a full set. If you currently have lashes on by another tech, please message me first before booking as we may need to book you in for a removal first and then apply a fresh set.


Refund & Complaints Policy

I pride myself on my commitment to making sure every single client of mine is in love with their treatment! However, if you’re unhappy with a service, contact me within 48 hours and we’ll discuss and fix any issues you have. I work on a no-refund policy, but instead will work with my client to fix the problem until they’re happy.


“Out of hours” Appointments

I try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate to every client’s schedule. So if you can’t see a time slot that suits you, pop me a message via Instagram or Facebook and I’ll try to fit you in at a time that suits you.


Pre-appointment

Please come to your lash appointment with clean eyelashes/eyebrows. Removal of makeup will take out of your appointment time. The extra time could be spent on filling those lovely lashes / perfecting your brows!
