Please note that I have a strict cancellation policy as below • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Until this fee is paid, no further appoinments will be made with Makeup by Andra. These will apply to the card used to secure your booking and no further appoinments will be confirmed until this is settled. It is the clients responsibility to arrange a patch test prior to an appointment and failure to do so will result in the appoinment being cancelled with charges as above. Each appoinment that requires a patch test is in the description when booked. If you have booked an appoinment for a certain time slot and you no longer require that time slot and on the day you decide to have a shorter appointment, the full slot will still be charged e.g - appointment booked for brow lamination (1hr) but you would like just a tint and wax instead (20 minutes), you will still get charged for a brow lamination as that time slot cannot be refilled and it has already been allocated for your appointment. DEPOSITS. Occasionally, a deposit will be required when booking to peak times ( e.g prom, Christmas,etc ) where I am turning away other clients or your appoinment is longer than 90 minutes. This will be stated in your confirmation email and once this is paid, it will be non refundable.
