Terms and conditions

All appointments require a £10 non-refundable deposit, per person, to be paid upon booking. Your appointment is not booked until this has been paid. Your deposit can be transferred to a date within 4 weeks of your original booking when cancellations are made within at least 24 hours notice. After this, your deposit will be lost and you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require a further 50% of the appointment cost to be paid. You will not be able to rebook with me unless this is paid. Thank you for your understanding.
