1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Mane & Muse, a mobile hairdressing business operating in kings lynn, Downham Market, Wisbech and surrounding villages. By booking an appointment, you (client) agree to these Terms. 2. Services Provided We offer mobile hairdressing services including, but not limited to: • Haircuts • Styling • Colouring • Blow-drying • Bridal and special event hair All services are provided at the client’s chosen location, provided it is safe, clean, and suitable for hairdressing services. 3. Booking & Appointments • Appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability. • A minimum call-out fee of £20-30 may apply depending on your location. • A deposit of 20-50% may be required to secure certain appointments, especially for large or group bookings. • Appointment times are approximate. We aim to arrive on time, but traffic or other circumstances may cause delays. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of service • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service cost. • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, extreme weather). 5. Client Responsibilities • The client must provide a suitable workspace with access to electricity and running water. • Children and pets must be kept away from the work area during the appointment. • Please ensure hair is clean and dry unless a wash is included in the service. 6. Health & Safety • If you have any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical issues, you must inform us prior to the service. • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if we feel at risk in any way. 7. Payments • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. • We accept [cash / bank transfer / mobile payment apps / card. • All prices are listed in £GBP and are subject to change with reasonable notice. 8. Refunds & Complaints • If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. • Refunds are not guaranteed and are given at our discretion. • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 9. Liability • We are not liable for damage to clothing, furnishings, or property due to the use of professional hairdressing products. • We are not liable for adverse reactions to products if we were not informed of allergies or sensitivities. 10. Data Protection • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. • We will never share your information with third parties without your consent. • Any pictures taken during appointment may be used for promotional and social media unless otherwise communicated with stylist. 11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be available upon request and will be deemed accepted upon your next booking.
