1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposit/Booking fee- All deposit/booking fee paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Each deposit/booking fee is applicable only to the specific appointment for which it was paid. The deposit/ booking fee ensures that our small business is protected from losses due to appointment cancellations. 2. Rescheduling Appointments- Deposits cannot be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment 3. Appointment Cancellations- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, full payment will still be required. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment 50% of your payment will still be required. We ask that you are certain before bookings are made. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but our policy remains firm to cover operational costs. By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
