If cancelling an appointment within 48 hours a 50% fee/ deposit will be charged. In cases of sickness you can reschedule this appointment once for free! However, If trying to reschedule an appointment that has already been rescheduled once, a 50% fee will be taken.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment. In some cases the appointment may have to be cancelled and a 50% fee applied however i always try my best to accommodate lateness as life happens and i too can run behind!
Please, please if you’re sick do not come to your appointment! You can now reschedule within the usual 48 hour cancellation period and incur no fees. I have made this policy more lenient so please be respectful of this.
Failure to turn up to an appointment without any prior warning (aka no showing) will result in a 100% treatment charge fee, and until this is paid no further bookings can be made. I do have a appointment reminder sent to your texts so please if you need to cancel just let me know, thank you!
