I had the most wonderful MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) massage today, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Living with lipedema means finding treatments that genuinely help can make such a difference, and this was exactly what I need. Mara is incredible!! Every time I go there I always leave feeling so looked after & cared for. It is 90 minutes of pure bliss. I’ve felt so much better after having a 6 treatment course of lymphatic drainage.
