PATCH TEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Patch testing is required for all my treatments. It is necessary to undergo a patch test if you are a new client or you are my returning client, but there has been any recent medical change. Additionally, if you haven't visited us in the last 6 months or more, a patch test is also necessary. Using at-home tinting, lamination, or lash kits can increase sensitivities, making a patch test essential.
We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but your safety, as our valued clients, is of utmost importance.
If you are a new client or any of the above circumstances apply to you, please ensure that a patch test is completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled lash or brow appointment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable booking fee and the need to reschedule your appointment. Once you have booked an appointment that requires a patch test, your artist will contact you to arrange the patch test.

Your Appointment Guidelines If this is your first visit to Marta Studio London, please consider factors such as traffic, roadworks, weather, etc., to ensure you can get the most out of the time allocated for your treatment.
After your treatment, you will receive post-treatment advice to enhance the benefits of the received service.
Late Arrivals Your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. If you arrive late, it may result in a shortened treatment time, while you will still be charged the full amount for the service. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be cancelled, requiring you to reschedule. A non-refundable booking fee will be charged in such cases.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You have the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment for free up to 48 hours in advance. The booking system automatically enforces this policy. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will be considered a cancellation, and the non-refundable booking fee will be charged. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the non-refundable booking fee being charged for the missed service, and full payment will be required before booking any future appointments. Regular no-show offenders will not be rebooked.
Children & Guests To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure your optimal enjoyment of the treatment, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing babies, children or guests to the salon. If you do bring them, please note that your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. A non-refundable booking fee will be charged.
Illness If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you do not come to your appointment. If you arrive unwell, we will be unable to perform the booked treatment, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Prices Please note that treatments' prices are subject to change without prior notice.
