A Patch test required at least 48 hours prior to colouring services and lash lift services (for new clients). Appointment will not go ahead without a patch test.
50% of the total service charge is required to secure your appointment.
To secure your booking efficiently, please provide:
Specific dates/times suitable to you
Photos of your hair from front, back and side in natural daylight
Photos of what you would like to achieve
Accurate hair history over past 3 year - colours/box dyes/perms
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Failing to do will result in the booking fee being non-refundable and non-transferable.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being modified or rescheduled.
Preparing For Your Appointment
Lashes - Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment.
Hair - Please attend with clean hair for all colour services. Oils, build up, or product residue may affect your final result.
