Hi! To keep things fair for everyone and protect my time as a small business, please take a moment to read this booking policy.
🔒 Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required for some treatments. • I’ll confirm the details with you via WhatsApp. • New clients: If your deposit isn’t received by the end of the day, your slot may be given to someone else.
🔄 Cancellations & Reschedules
Life happens but please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or reschedule or cancel your booking.

More than 72 hours No charge
48–72 hours 50% of treatment cost
24 hours / No-show 100% of treatment cost
⚠️ If you’re unwell, your appointment will be cancelled automatically and the cancellation fee will still apply as this helps keep everyone safe and protects my time.
⏰ Rescheduling under 48 hours is treated the same as a cancellation.
💳 Payment Terms
• Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking again. • If you’ve missed bookings or are booking last-minute, full payment may be required in advance.
🤝 Regular Clients
• No deposit needed for regulars, thank you! • But please note i do ask to respect the cancellation fees will still apply no matter the circumstances.

As a small, home-based business, late cancellations and changes mean lost income and time I can’t recover. I truly appreciate your support and understanding.
