BOOKING POLICY 💖

Please Read Before Booking

Thank you for supporting my small business! Please take a moment to read through.

This policy applies to every appointment.

A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment but is non-refundable.
• You will receive an email with details of your booking fee and instructions for making payment via bank transfer.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. If payment is not received within the required timeframe of the day of booking, your appointment may be cancelled and your slot offered to someone else.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling fee

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible to attend your appointment. Hours of notice within the working day (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm):

• 48 hours' notice: 50% of the treatment cost
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the treatment cost
• No-shows: 100% of the treatment cost

⏰ Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, I may no longer have enough time to carry out your full treatment. I will always do my best to accommodate you where possible, depending on the time available and treatment booked.

Please be aware that if I am unable to carry out your treatment due to your late arrival, the full cost of your original appointment will still be payable.

🤒 If You Are Unwell

If you are feeling unwell, please let me know. For the safety of everyone, I may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Given last minute notice applicable cancellation fee will still apply if an appointment is cancelled due to illness. This policy helps protect my time and ensures I can continue providing a safe environment for all clients.

💳 Payment Terms

• Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
• If you have previously missed an appointment or have a history of late cancellations, full payment may be required in advance for future bookings.

💬 Why Do I Have This Policy?

As a small, home-based business, I have a limited number of appointments available each week.

When an appointment is cancelled, changed at short notice, or missed, it is often too late for me to offer that slot to another client. This means lost time and income that I am unable to recover.

These policies aren't intended to be unfair — they simply help protect my time and allow me to continue running my business.
