Aftercare


Aftercare Advice

After your massage you can maximise the benefits of your treatment by drinking plenty of water, aiming to rest and relax for the remainder of the day, avoiding strenuous activities, and avoiding alcohol or caffeine for at least 12 hours. Be mindful of any unusual discomfort or signs of allergic reaction such as pain, dizziness, skin irritation, redness, itching or swelling. For mild reactions or if you are unsure you can call 111 for non-emergency medical advice. Call 999 in an emergency such as a severe allergic reaction. Please also don’t hesitate to contact me for guidance.
