-Please note that I do not remove work done by other technicians unless prior permission had been given.
-Deposits are required to be paid in order to make a booking. Without this, your appointment is not confirmed.
-Please note that we have a strict 15 minute late policy. We kindly ask that you call prior to the start of your appointment if you will be late to your booking. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will result in a shortened service OR cancelled booking and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be needed to make another appointment.
-Cancellation out side of the 48 hour window will result in deposit being forfeited, and another deposit required to make a new booking.
-Repairs are free for the first 48 hours after the appointment, after this period they are chargeable.
-For mobile appointments please note that you are required to provide a parking permit for the duration of the appointment.
