Your Appointment Guide 1. Nail Art & Inspiration To ensure I’ve allocated enough time for your design, please send your nail art inspiration pictures at least [24-48 hours] before your appointment. This helps me prepare and ensures I have all the right products ready for your set. 2. Choosing the Right Base BIAB (Builder Gel): Ideal for those wanting to grow their natural nails or who need extra strength and durability. Gel Polish: Perfect for a high-shine, long-wearing colour on healthy natural nails. Existing Product: If you already have product on your nails from another salon, please refer to the New Client section in the Treatments menu before booking. 3. Arrival Prep No Heavy Oils: Please avoid applying thick hand creams or cuticle oils on the day of your appointment, as they can interfere with how the product sticks to the nail. My business holds a very special place in my heart—I named it after my late Nan, May McCarthy, as a tribute to her. I specialize in BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), which is perfect for strengthening your natural nails. Whether you’re looking for a simple Gel Polish, a full set of Gel Extensions, or a relaxing Pedicure, I’ve got you covered. I have been going to Sandra (May Nails) for the last 3 years, and when I say she is the best in the business I mean it. I have been getting my nails done professionally for over 15 years and have always had trouble with breaking, chipping and cracks. I never knew what I was doing wrong until I met Sandra. She started using BIAB on my nails as I told her my concerns over the years and I have never looked back. In over 3 years I have never had any chip, crack or break in ANY nail. Her attention to detail and nail care is outstanding, and she is just the nicest person to deal with. I always enjoy my appointment with her and leave feeling so good. I cannot recommend her enough, I wish I could give her more stars.
