I had my nails done in Mexico and realised I preferred a specific builder gel a few months ago. I contacted Monika and she got me a nail appointment fast, I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived and was asked before starting what I would like. My nails were restored after they had been damaged again in the UK with Acrylic powder. This was a lovely aesthetic, Great customer service and a personalised experience thank you so much.
