Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. After that, rescheduling is not possible, and cancellations will incur the full booking fee. No-shows will also be charged in full and may be blocked from future bookings. Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Plan ahead, as the area can get busy. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but arrivals beyond that may result in cancellation and the full fee being charged. Kindly avoid arriving early, as I may still be with another client. Patch Test Policy: A patch test is required at least 48 hours before the following treatments: • Brow Tint • Brow Wax & Tint • Hybrid Brows • Henna Brows • Brow Lamination • Lash Lift • Lash Tint New clients must have a patch test. Existing clients need a repeat patch test if it’s been over 6 months since your last treatment. Patch tests can be posted with enough notice. Booking your patch test (just 2 minutes) is your responsibility.
