You MUST have a patch test when booking either a Lash Lift and Tint, Brow Lamination or any tinting services. Your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled if you haven’t had a patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
Cancelling on the day or less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in an 100% charge of your booking. Cancelling 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your booking.
If you are 15 + minutes late to your appointment it will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your booking.
Under no circumstances do I allow plus ones at Megan Miles Lash Studio. My insurance only covers myself (Megan Miles) and my client at the time of their appointment. You will be turned away and charged 100% of the booking if you arrive to your appointment with any kids or plus ones.
Rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your booking fee.
Failing to pay the cancellation/no show fee will result in the right to refuse any future bookings with Megan Miles Lash Studio.
Megan Miles Lash Studio does not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your treatment please contact myself (Megan Miles) within 48 hours of your appointment time.
Megan Miles Lash Studio will not be held liable should a reaction occur during or after your treatment.
If yourself, a client, wishes to not have a patch test for lash extensions you are understanding that Megan Miles Lash Studio is not liable for any reactions you may experience during or after your treatment. A reaction is able to occur at any time when having lash extensions.
Megan Miles Lash Studio can refuse treatment/service under any circumstances.
