When booking, clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit can be refunded or transferred up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellations after this time or no shows may not receive their deposit and may be required to pay the full remaining amount
If the deposit is not paid, the appointment will be cancelled. If you are required to pay the remaining amount due to cancelling or not turning up, please do so promptly as you will not be rebooked until this has been received
Changes to appointments such as adding or removing treatments must also be done 24 hours prior to ensure adequate time can be added to said appointment or the time can be filled
Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to receive gel nail treatments of any kind. If an underage child arrives for the treatment, they will be offered a nail varnish alternative or asked to leave
Patch tests are required 24 hours prior to appointment. If this is not complete, the treatment will be cancelled
Please be aware Megan’s Nails and Beauty is located within a working hair salon so please be respectful when arriving and leaving and check in with the reception desk.
Children are allowed on the premises, however, we ask that they are well behaved as any running around or touching equipment could cause harm or injury to your child or any staff or clients.
Teas, coffees and water are available at the salon, please ask if you would like anything. Free WiFi is available, the password will be given upon request, please note, signal inside of Megan’s Nails and Beauty room is not the strongest so connection to WiFi is encouraged if you’d like to use your phone. There is a shared toilet with the hair salon which will be pointed out if you require to use it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the salon. If you wish to smoke or vape, please step outside to do so.
Abusive or threatening behaviour towards any staff or clients throughout the salon will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
Megans Nails and Beauty has the right to refuse service to anyone if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Megans Nails and Beauty has the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Please inform a staff member of any medical conditions or pregnancy when booking or prior to your appointment.

All personal items must be collected at the end of an appointment. The salon tries hard to reunite lost belongings to their rightful owners, however, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
