By booking an appointment with MEHQ, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Appointments & Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked via the MEHQ online booking system. • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total service cost. (On booking, you will receive a follow up message with details to complete this step) 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking. • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in full loss of deposit. • If you fail to attend more than two consecutive appointments, future bookings may require full upfront payment. 3. Payment & Pricing • Payments are accepted via bank transfer for your deposits and cash only at your appointment until further advised. • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once booked, the price at the time of booking will be honored. • Any additional services requested on the day must be paid for before treatment begins. 4. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or nail infections before their appointment. • If you have any contraindications that prevent the treatment from being carried out safely, the appointment may be refused. • MEHQ maintains high hygiene standards—tools are sterilized, and disposable items are used where necessary. 5. Late Fee Policy • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at MEHQ’s discretion, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Late arrivals of 10–15 minutes will incur a £10 late fee due before the treatment begins. • If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the full deposit will be lost. A new booking will require a fresh deposit. 6. Loyalty Program • MEHQ offers a loyalty program where clients receive a Jo Malone full-sized gift on their 6th appointment. • Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 3 months of qualification. 7. Refunds • MEHQ does not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
