General advice

Thank you for your session today! To help you get the most benefit from your massage and support your body’s natural healing process, please follow the aftercare advice below: ✅ What to Do: • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage. • Rest: Allow your body time to relax and recover. If possible, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. • Eat Lightly: Choose light, nourishing meals to support your body’s detox process. • Keep Warm: Your muscles may feel more relaxed than usual—keeping warm helps prevent stiffness. ❌ Avoid: • Alcohol and Caffeine: These can dehydrate your body and slow down the detox process. • Heavy Meals: Try to avoid rich, heavy foods immediately after your massage. • Strenuous Exercise: Give your muscles time to settle before engaging in intense physical activity. Common Reactions: You might experience some of the following, especially after a deep tissue or lymphatic massage: • Mild soreness or tenderness • Fatigue or drowsiness • Increased urination • Emotional release (feeling more sensitive or relaxed) These are normal and should pass within 24–48 hours.
