BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit & Booking
You can book an appointment by DM, contacting 07767 262548, or booking online via the link in the bio.
Once the deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation message and your booking is then secured.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment via cash or bank transfer.
A higher deposit may be required for selected treatments or treatment packages.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
You must reschedule to a new date within the same month; otherwise, your deposit will be lost.
Patch Tests
Please be aware that if a patch test is required for your appointment, it must be carried out at least 24 hours before your booking.
Location
Please make sure you are booking the correct location.
Appointments are available on selected days at our Salon Location, Aesthetics Location, or can be Mobile.
This information will be confirmed to you when booking.
Pricing
Mobile and salon prices are slightly different.
