Aftercare
Booking in regular appointments is key to keeping your nails in the best shape and care. Please oil your cuticles twice a day as they need the moisture back in after we have dehydrated them as part of the treatment. Please do not pick at your nails, don't use them as tools opening cans of pop or boxes etc... this is how chips happen. When cleaning & washing dishes PLEASE wear gloves as the hot water and chemicals will lift your nails and cause lifting. Treat them with love and care and they'll be perfect for the duration after your treatment.
Cancellation & Late policy
Any cancelations with longer than 48 hours notice can be transferred to another booking, anything within the 48 hour window, will lose their deposit and will be required to pay book with deposit again. Any forgotten appointments, IE, no shows will require a full 100% payment on the day before booking in again. Any lateness will still run if not later than 15 minutes but your desired nails may not be able to be completed and we will have to come up with an alternative. I completely understand sudden things happen in life, and I will completely take that into consideration, but you have to also understand this is my full time job and I have things that I have to pay for.
