Terms & Conditions

All bookings require a fee/deposit upon booking. This is none-refundable.

If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and your booking will be charged at 75%

• in a case where I have arrived at the property/location, and the service does not go ahead (similar to no-show), the full remaining balance will be charged.

Any cancellations/reschedules must be made 48 hours to your appointment or it will be charged at 75%

if a booking is made manually by myself after your enquiry, you will have 24-48 hours to pay your deposit and secure the booking. If you fail to pay the deposit during this timeframe, the booking will be cancelled and released back on the booking system.

Out-of-Hours Appointments

Appointments requested before & after my standard opening hours will incur an additional 15% out-of-hours charge, calculated on the treatment cost. This charge will be added to your booking total and must be paid as part of the booking. Early starts are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance

All consultation forms must be completed by all NEW clients or the service cannot be carried out!
