Please arrive with no eye make up and clean lashes. Arriving with unwashed eyelashes will result in your appointment being cut short.
If you’ve booked in for an infill and feel they may need to be a full set please don’t hesitate to contact me for some advice so I can adjust your appointment if needed.
Infills must be booked 2-3 weeks after your last appointment, anything more will be charged as a full set. These rules only apply if you have 50% of your lashes left, anything less will also be charged as a full set.
Please be advised I do not infill other peoples work.
If you're driving, please could you park either behind my car, it's located to the left of my house where you will see 3 car ports and mine is the left one, or park right outside my house on the street please.
Please could you reframe from parking elsewhere on the street as this causes problems with neighbours thank you.
Please arrive on time I tend to be back to back with appointments, if you're late, unfortunately your treatment will be cut short or cancelled.
Please message me when you arrive, and wait in your car until I'm ready for you, I only do 1 in 1 out due to being my home.
Required for LVL, lash tinting and all brow treatments.
Must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Appointments will be refused if a patch test has not been carried out.
