Nail Aftercare Advice To keep your nails looking beautiful and lasting as long as possible, please follow these aftercare tips: General Care Avoid using your nails as tools – treat them gently. Always wear gloves when cleaning, washing up, or gardening. Apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails and skin hydrated. Acrylic & BIAB Nails Don’t pick, pull, or bite at your nails. Book infills every 2–3 weeks. Contact me for a repair if a nail lifts or breaks – don’t try to fix it yourself. Gel Polish Avoid long exposure to hot water (baths, saunas, hot tubs). Be gentle with tasks that put pressure on your nails. Important Never remove enhancements at home – always book a professional removal. If you experience pain, swelling, or infection, seek medical advice. With the right care, your nails will stay strong, healthy, and flawless between appointments.
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all my clients, please take a moment to read through my booking policy before making an appointment. 📅 Appointments All appointments must be booked online through my booking system. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final balance at your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your service. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment before being able to book again. 💅 Service Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to carry out the full service, and your booking fee will be lost. Children are not permitted in the salon for safety and to maintain a calm environment for all clients. I do not infill or remove other technicians’ work – please book a removal and fresh set if coming from another salon. ⚠️ Health & Safety Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections before your appointment. If you arrive with any signs of infection (e.g., nail fungus, open cuts), I may be unable to carry out your treatment for health and safety reasons.
