• Clean Nails: All clients must arrive with clean nails. This helps me provide the best service and keeps your appointment on schedule.
• Soak-Offs: If you want to remove a previous nail set, please inform me ahead of time.
• Deposit: A $15 deposit is required. The deposit is applied toward your total and secures your booking.
• Payment: Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash and bank transfer.
• Allergies / Skin Conditions: Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your appointment to ensure a safe service.
• Cancellations / Rescheduling: Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is timely. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Late Arrivals: A 20-minute grace period is provided. Arriving after that may incur a $5 late fee or require rescheduling.
• No Extra Guests: Only clients receiving services are permitted in the studio.
