Terms and Conditions

Appointments- All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking; this will be deducted from the final balance. As I provide mobile services, I will travel to your home for your appointment. If you are not present, I am only able to wait for up to 30 minutes before the appointment will be marked as a no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in full payment being charged. Payments- All prices are subject to change without notice. Aftercare & Results- Aftercare advice is provided for every treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this advice to maintain results. Results may vary depending on individual lifestyle, nail condition, and adherence to aftercare. Health & Safety- Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may not be safe or suitable. Refunds & Repairs- Refunds are not offered for completed treatments. If there is an issue with your treatment (e.g., gel polish chipping within 24 hours), a complimentary repair may be offered at my discretion. Insurance- I am fully insured to provide professional beauty treatments. Insurance covers my liability while carrying out treatments, but it does not cover issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice or undisclosed medical conditions. Malpractice- I am insured against malpractice to ensure clients are protected should anything go wrong during a treatment. This covers professional errors or omissions, but does not apply where clients have failed to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or have not followed given aftercare instructions. Liability- While all treatments are carried out to the highest professional standard, I am not liable for any adverse reactions that occur where relevant information has not been disclosed by the client.
