
When making a booking with MM Beauty by Monica you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 50% (of total treatment value). This is redeemable against the balance of your booking at your appointment. If booking online this will be requested to complete your booking, if booking directly through me or at your previous appointment a booking fee of 50% (of total treatment value) will be due immediately- payable in studio. Please note your chosen time/date will not be secured until payment is confirmed my end.
This is to ensure you are committed to your chosen appointment while protecting my time, covering basic costs and to ensure I can continue to offer the quality beauty treatments you love.

Life happens and I understand that occasionally you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please give at least 48 hours notice. I will try my best to accommodate a new date/time dependant upon my availability. In this instance I will transfer your booking fee to secure your new appointment. Please note if this applies to an infill appointment and the rescheduled date is more than 3 weeks since your last treatment you will be charged for a full set.
Any cancellations, no-shows (or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice) will forfeit the fee. A new booking fee would be required to book any future appointments.

As per my accredited training portfolio and insurance policy each treatment has different requirements for patch testing.
Lash lift & tint patch testing is MANDATORY. This can be done in the studio or at home by requesting a home testing kit depending upon time restraints around your booking. All patch testing must be carried out at least 48 hours before your initial treatment (or following a 6 month+ break).
Lash Extension patch testing is ESSENTIAL and I personally require all new clients to pop into the studio for a patch test (or for clients who have had a break of 6 months+).
HD Brow Treatment patch testing is mandatory and a key part of your HD Brow consultation appointment. ALL new clients MUST book a FREE consultation for a date at least 48hrs prior to your initial brow treatment. unfortunately I cannot carry out the tint part of this treatment on pregnant or breast feeding ladies.
Although patch testing gives a good indication of potential adverse reactions or contraindications it cannot be deemed conclusive and you should be aware that a reaction can occur at any time. Your body may react to any of the products used for your chosen treatment initially or over a period of time. Please contact me straight away should you have any concerns.

Please note there is no access to a toilet in the studio. Please factor this into your visit.
Please park on the driveway or across the top of the property being considerate of my neighbours.
Space in the studio is limited please do not bring anyone with you unless for accessibility needs (please contact me prior to booking to discuss access arrangements, this will ensure I can make your visit a welcoming and comfortable experience).
My insurance does not allow children in the studio other than for clients 16+ (see below).
Clients aged 16+ may be treated in the studio with parental consent and a parent/guardian present at all times (no exceptions) but please consider if the process and aftercare are suitable on an individual basis.
