For ALL appointments, a 25% booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the final balance due.
Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may not be carried out and your booking fee will be retained.
Nail repairs will NOT be charged if it is within 7 days after the appointment. However if it exceeds 7 days you will be required to pay for the repair.
I do not infill other nail technicians’ work. If you have existing products from another salon, please book a removal and new set.
I do not remove acrylic nails.
Clients must be aged 16 or over due to insurance policies.

Please arrive on your own unless you are happy for children or anyone else to be seated in the waiting room as the studio only has one chair for client only.
