Booking Terms & Conditions:

• Appointments: You can book your desired time, subject to availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee and Cancellations made less than 12 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount.
• No-Show Policy: A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be shortened if it affects the next booking, or canceled as a no-show with full charges applied.
• Allergies: Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment. Berta is not liable for reactions if not notified in advance.

-Patch Test Responsibility For your safety and to ensure the best results, we require that all clients complete a patch test at least 24-48 hours before treatments involving dyes, tints, sprays tan, by booking this service, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging your patch test and understand that it is essential for identifying any potential allergic reactions. If a patch test is not completed, BERTA cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur during or after the treatment.

• Payment: Payment is required in advance at the moment of booking •Booking fee: A non-refundable booking fee fee is applied as part of the booking

Travel Policy & Appointment Availability Update

To continue providing a personalised and high-quality service, some updates to travel and scheduling policies will take effect from August 2026.

Travel Fee for Extended Locations

Since October of last year, my service area has been reduced to allow for a more balanced schedule and maintain the standard of care offered to each client.

From August onwards, appointments located outside my current service area and requiring more than 30 minutes of travel time will incur an additional £27 travel fee.

This adjustment reflects the additional time allocated within my working day, as extended travel significantly impacts appointment availability and scheduling capacity.

Early Morning and Late Evening Appointments

To accommodate client demand, my working hours have been extended and currently run from 7:30am until approximately 7:30pm–8:00pm.

Appointments requested outside these hours will be considered subject to availability and will incur an additional £10 scheduling fee.

Sunday Appointments

Sunday appointments are reserved exclusively for existing regular clients and are not available for new clients.

As Sunday is my only dedicated day off, appointments scheduled on Sundays are subject to an additional £50 fee.
