Mori provides Japanese Head Spa treatments and related services in the UK. All treatments are carried out by a qualified practitioner on an appointment-only basis.
By booking an appointment through our booking system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking app.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- You must provide accurate contact details when booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are listed in GBP (£).
- Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within this time frame may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
- Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in a 100% charge.
- Gift cards, once activated, are non-refundable.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
- Full treatment fees still apply.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
- You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, scalp conditions, pregnancy, or medications before your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you.
- Japanese Head Spa treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only and are not medical treatments.
- Results may vary from person to person.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
- Treatments do not replace medical or dermatological care.
- We operate a professional, respectful environment.
- Abusive, inappropriate, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
- We reserve the right to ban clients who breach these standards.
- While all reasonable care is taken, treatments are undertaken at your own risk.
- Mori will not be liable for adverse reactions where full and accurate information was not disclosed prior to treatment.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided, except where prohibited by UK law.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to appointments.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
