Cancellation policy: The client may need to provide cancellation notice at least 24 hrs before the appointment, or they may be charged the full price of the treatment. Deposit policy: The client needs to pay 10% deposit in order to secure the appointment. Payment policy: Cash only please! Price policy: We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Smoking policy: Smoking or vaping is prohibited during the treatment. Patch test: A patch test must be performed at least 24-48 hours before any treatment except threading, waxing and facial. Any adverse effect of the test should be informed to the therapist and seek medical attention if needed. All clients must perform patch test again if you are pregnant, haven’t seen us in 6 months or had a change in health or medication. Sensitivity can occur at any point.
