Cancellation policy and visiting rules for Mur.Mur nail studio (manicure & pedicure)
I thank my clients for their understanding and respect. As a small business owner, I bear all the risks. If potential or regular clients are not willing to adhere to my terms of business, I can understand that. But I cannot provide services on credit/with a long time delay/under pressure or time restrictions.
Payment for services provided is made immediately after the appointment. I value your and my time, so you can pay for the procedure in a way convenient for you: cash, bank transfer, contactless card payment. For all new clients there is a deposit of 50% of the cost of the procedure, which is paid through my website when booking the service.
Arrive on time. If your appointment is at 10 am, so I will meet you at 10 am. There is no need to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier, the time of our procedure is calculated in advance. I understand that sometimes there are delays on the road, and I can tolerate delays of 10-15 minutes. But if you are more than 20 minutes late, I can only offer a basic nude manicure or hygienic pedicure, without colored varnish. If you are late by 30 minutes or more, your appointment will be canceled and a fee of 50% of the cost of services will be charged. If you find yourself running late, please notify me as early as possible.
Visiting the studio with children is not approved. Dangerous items of equipment (sharp objects, cables, etc.) are accessible in the studio, so small visitors cannot visit the studio. If you come to the procedure with a child (or children), I have the right to refuse you the service.
For all my clients who choose BIAB, hard gel or gel polish, I provide a guarantee on my work for 7 days from the date of service. If for some reason your nails break or crack during this period, I will repair it for free. If after 7 days the nails become damaged due to daily activities or excessive stress (sports, opening cans with your nails, etc.), this will be charged separately at £5 per nail.
