Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Deposits • A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. • If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full treatment cost. 4. Arrival & Timing • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling. 5. Medical Disclosure • Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any allergies, medications, or medical conditions. • Treatments may be refused or postponed if contraindications are present. 6. Aftercare & Results • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided. • Results vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. 7. Payment • Full payment is required for all treatments at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. 8. Photography & Marketing Consent • Clients may be asked to consent to before and after photos for records or marketing purposes (optional and GDPR compliant).
