Set a Realistic Booking Goal for January

Objective

Start the New Year with clarity and direction, without unnecessary pressure.

1. Open your calendar or booking system

  • Open your Solo calendar or wherever you track bookings

  • Look at:

    • How many clients you saw in a typical month last year

    • Your working days and availability for January

2. Choose one realistic goal

Pick one goal that feels achievable, such as:

  • “10 total January appointments”

  • “5 new clients this month”

  • “Fully book Fridays”

  • “£X in January revenue”

This should feel motivating, not overwhelming.

3. Write your goal down

  • Open your notes app, journal, or planner

  • Write your goal clearly (example: “January goal: 10 appointments”)

  • Save it somewhere easy to revisit

Writing it down makes it more likely you’ll follow through.

4. Share your goal on Instagram (optional)

  • Open Instagram

  • Tap + → Story

  • Add text like:

    • “January goal set ✨”

    • “This month’s focus: consistent bookings”

  • (Optional) Add a Poll sticker:

    • “What’s your Jan goal?” → 5 / 10 / 20

This builds accountability and connection.

5. Remind yourself: progress > perfection

You don’t need to do everything at once. One clear goal keeps you focused all month.
