Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with mylashes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. 1. Booking & Deposit A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. 2. Lateness Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book again. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service price. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. You will not be able to rebook until any outstanding fees are paid. 4. Patch Tests A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before treatments involving tint, glue, or chemicals (e.g., lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination). Failure to attend a patch test will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. Patch tests are your responsibility to book in advance if required. 5. Health & Safety Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have an eye infection. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. You may be refused service if it is unsafe to proceed. 6. Aftercare Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure the best results. mylashes is not responsible for the longevity or results of your treatment if aftercare is not followed properly. 7. Refund Policy No refunds will be given for completed services. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve any concerns where possible. 8. Photography & Social Media Photos or videos of your lashes/brows may be taken before or after your treatment and used for social media, portfolio, or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment begins. 9. Age Policy You must be 16 or older to book most treatments. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent before any service can be carried out. 10. Changes to Terms mylashes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our booking page or website.
